Nigeria Civil Service Youths Forum, a non-partisan professional body established to promote excellence, innovation, integrity and transformative leadership among young public servants across the Federal, States and Local Government Councils Public Service of Nigeria.

To realise this vision, the Forum's work is anchored on the following five priorities:
Promoting continuous learning, through structured training, seminars, workshops and conferences.
Encouraging researches, innovations and the adoption of technologies to improve service delivery in the public service sector.
Creating platforms that connect young public servants in Ministries, Departments and Agencies across the three tiers of Government.
Advancing skills acquisition, ICT development and agro-allied initiatives in partnership with government institutions and relevant private sectors.
Championing policies and programmes that strengthen community services and welfare of the general public.
Designed specifically for serving civil servants and allied professionals across Nigeria.
Any Nigerian not less than eighteen (18) years and not more than thirty-five (35) years of age as at the date of registration.
Is a serving officer in any Ministry, Department or Agency (MDA) of the Federal Government, a State Government or a Local Government Council in Nigeria.
Holds a valid letter of employment, appointment or an official Staff identification document from their MDA.
A serving civil servant aged 18β35 who has met all eligibility requirements.
A former full member who has exited on account of age or has left the Civil Service in good standing.
A distinguished individual conferred with membership by the National Executive Council in recognition of support to the Forumβs objectives.
Structured delivery through thematic national sectors and locally scoped state initiatives.
Sector projects are thematic and may run across multiple states simultaneously. The seven national sectors focus on critical public sector development:
State-track projects are locally scoped and owned by a State Chapter plus the FCT. These grassroots actions address localized administrative bottlenecks, grassroots capacity building, and community service initiatives in all 36 States and Abuja.
Coordinated by State Chapters in direct liaison with State Head of Service and local government service commissions.
