To register as a Full Member, you must satisfy three statutory conditions:
  1. Be a Nigerian citizen not less than eighteen (18) years and not more than thirty-five (35) years of age as at the date of registration.
  2. Be an actively serving officer in any Ministry, Department or Agency (MDA) of the Federal Government, a State Government or a Local Government Council in Nigeria.
  3. Hold a valid letter of employment, appointment, or an official Staff identification document from your MDA.
Members who exit on account of age seamlessly transition into the Associate/ Alumni Member category. Alumni retain mentorship roles, participate in advisory bodies, and continue collaborating across national summits without losing their forum connection.
Track A projects are thematic national initiatives across 7 priority sectors (Education, Health, Agriculture, ICT, Governance, Energy, Industry) running across multiple states simultaneously. Track B projects are locally scoped and owned by individual State Chapters plus the FCT, addressing specific grassroots civil service needs in their state.
No. The Nigeria Civil Service Youths Forum is strictly a non-partisan professional body. It is established solely to promote excellence, innovation, integrity and transformative leadership among young public servants across the three tiers of Nigerian government.
