1. Age Requirement

Any Nigerian not less than eighteen (18) years and not more than thirty-five (35) years of age as at the date of the registration.

2. Serving Officer

Is a serving officer in any Ministry, Department or Agency (MDA) of the Federal Government, a State Government or a Local Government Council in Nigeria.

3. Official Verification

Holds a valid letter of employment, appointment or an official Staff identification document from their MDA.

Who we are: The Nigeria Civil Service Youths' Forum ("the Forum") is the data controller for the personal data collected on this page. Contact: secretariat@anycs.org.ng | +234 (0) 800 26927 64.
What we collect: Your full name, gender, date of birth, email address, phone number, Ministry/Department/Agency (MDA), Tier of Public Service, State Chapter, Staff ID Number and any other details requested on this form.
Why we collect it: To register and verify your participation in the Forum, communicate programme updates, plan and administer events, and prepare anonymised reports and statistics.
Legal basis: Your consent, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
Who sees it: Only authorised Forum officials and service providers who support our operations, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data. We disclose it to third parties only with your consent or where required by law.
How long we keep it: For the duration of your membership or participation, and no longer than necessary afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise.
How we protect it: We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Your rights: Under the NDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You may also object to or restrict its processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. To exercise these rights, contact secretariat@anycs.org.ng.
Complaints: You may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at www.ndpc.gov.ng.
